Hi, I’m Lina and welcome to my website!

I live in Sydney, Australia  and my neighbourhood includes Bondi Beach and part of Sydney Harbour. I love living in this part of the world, however I am curious about other places and so travelling the world and immersing myself in exotic landscapes is part of the inspiration for my art.

Wherever I am, I love connecting with my environment by walking through it. Sometimes I spend the day discovering new paths along a coastline or mountain track, taking in the sights, sounds, smells and textures. The rhythm of walking through a landscape resonates with me on a deep level and I love to experience it with all my senses.

Since I was a child, I always made things: drawings, collages, objects made of found materials. These days I make my art because I feel drawn to the physicality of making things that recall my experience.
